Shipping Information

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your enrichment boxes.

Shipping Schedule

All subscription boxes ship every 2 months (bi-monthly). Your first box ships between March 10th to 15th. After that, you'll receive a new box approximately every 2 months, giving you plenty of time to enjoy each item with your pup.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we're exploring options for future expansion.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for boxes delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Delivery Times

Once your box ships, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your box ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

Packaging

Your boxes arrive in secure, eco-friendly packaging designed to keep your items safe during transit. Each box is carefully packed to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition for you and your pup to enjoy.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Boxes

We want you to have a perfect experience every time. If your box is lost, damaged, or stolen, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue
  3. We'll send a replacement box right away

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? No problem!

  • Log into your account and update your shipping address in your settings
  • Address changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next shipping date
  • If your box has already shipped, we cannot redirect it to a new address

Delivery Instructions

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers
  • Be available to receive the package or arrange for someone else to accept delivery
  • Monitor your tracking information for delivery updates
  • Contact us immediately if there are any issues with delivery
